The battery does not charge, and the charger has an electric capacity of 12 volts, although the capacity of the Drill battery is 21, and now it is at risk of buying a suitable charger for the battery and I can find that the battery is damaged, although I used it three times

It doesn't really work as a driver due to poor torque control. The lowest possible torque setting is at least 8Nm, and will easily ruin a screw's head (it was a ph2 screw put into a premade hole in furniture, the bit was correct and I was pushing down on it hard). To see if it was a problem of the screw, I tried to ruin a screw from the same set with a manual screwdriver, while pushing down with the same force, and I couldn't, as a man of normal strength. This means that unlike a proper driver, the only way to use it is to watch the screw and stop pressing when it's visually in, which slows down work a lot and makes mistakes easy. The measure is subjective by comparing how strong I have to hold the head to stop, compared to a properly calibrated cordless drill-driver (where the setting is directly in Nm). It should be fine if you only want to use it to drive screws into wood, as opposed to driving screws into an existing hole, as those are made to withstand higher torques, or for larger screw sizes. Outside of this major issue the design is very good and everything works. It's possible it's a problem with a specific unit rather than a design issue. It works as a drill, no complaints there.

Complete trash.. take one glance at this product and you will know it is manufactured by a low grade Chinese factory. Abysmally poor quality, batteries doesn’t charge despite plugging overnight. Cheap product hence you get it for a cheap price, lesson learnt - invest in black &Decker or Dewalt instead.

I love this drill, powerful enough, strong battery,lasted me an hour,extra battery for easy swap!!! ,10mm drill included!!! most of other brands even premium brands don't even include that ,also full set of bits! Premium well made case / organizer ! 1/3 of the price of the premium brands! Hands down of this drill ! Highly recommend totally worth it! And don't forget this is for home use not a heavy contractors drill!

This drill stopped working I'm assuming the battery will not charge I have tried everything. Very disappointed
