I wear it between 2-4 hrs a day with a neoprene wrap. Actually lost from a 12 to a sz 8 in 4 weeks. Cut carbs but basically if I added exercise program, I can imagine the results!!

I really really like this. It feels cool to me, not hot. I get hot at night and sometimes struggle falling to sleep. This cools my knees and thighs and I feel cooled off. I have had to use a blanket a few times, not always. I have to say I feel as if the cellulite on my knees and thighs have improved. I don’t understand the science behind it. I will definitely be reordering.

The cream generates a pleasant feeling of heat and absorbs quickly. The skin is softer and firmer after using it for several days. The aroma is light and not annoying. It's still early to see great results, but so far it works well and fulfills what it promises.

I ordered this before. My experience with this cream was warming effect on skin. It seems formula has changed. This one gives me more soothing cool effect. I use to massage to increase blood flow. I think it still works well for the purpose. I like the fact cream is not greasy. Observed to the skin very well.

Great Product! It feels cold in my opinion and its not too intense. However, the mint smell is WAY too strong.

OK, I really like this product but the seal was opened(and stuck in the top).I’m going to keep it because I already had to send one back because it was a weird texture. This is probably Amazon‘s fault but you should be aware because it is your product and I do like it, but this is the second problem I’ve had with you guys. I hope there’s no future problems. Gets very hot when wrap is applied.

I purchased hot cream a couple years ago and now I keep on hand at all times. I've told everyone I know with any kind of muscle aches or cramps. They all come back and say they love it. This isn't like other creams. It's not immediate acting. You put it on and maybe 10-20 mins go by and then you realize wow it works. I get leg cramps regularly and this is the only thing that stops them completely. I don't mind the spicy orange smell and all smells bother me. Definitely wash your hands or use gloves cause you DON'T want to get into eyes or other places. It doesn't burn skin, midly heats up but I think it works on a deeper level.
