Works great. No issues with the power supply as other reviews say. Easy to use. Easy to clean. O rings and such need to be replaced often.

So this appears to be a very nice machine. Only problem is, amazon can't seem to ship it undamaged. The weight of 130lbs and the crating is quite thin and very tall. meaning both times this was shipped to me, it was knocked around in dispatch, and the tilt indicator was marked turned to red, and the item damaged, box and item both. If you catch it, and send it back they say you refused shipping and amazon makes your life a hassle.

We really enjoy this soft serve machine. It was straight forward to set up and clean. We have had it now more than 6 months and it performs great every occasion we set up for.

Work as described. I use my own ice cream mix which is cream or milk base. Churns efficiently. Churn time depends on your base. For instance, for 2.2l, a high fat base takes about 10-12 minutes. Bought this for my small batch ice cream business.

Makes great ice cream but it kept tripping our generator off during an event with our food vending trailer. The generator is 11,000 watts so there should be plenty of juice. The fluctuation of power draw when it's set for "soft" seems to cause this. A count down begins and trips off every 5 minutes. Annoying! When we set it to "hard" this didn't happen. (So far) (and the ice cream was fine) Also, there is not much room between the dispenser spout and front of the unit so I am unable to swirl a nice pretty stream of ice cream into a waffle bowl. The width of the bowl impedes maneuvering. I had to serve it in a random wild pattern in the bowl. Lol

For a 1300 dollar machine this ice cream machine works almost just like any other industrial ice cream machine would. There isn't any leaking, the belts are in good condition, the controls are easy to understand, it cools down quickly, and it doesn't use much power (for a soft serve machine of this caliber). On the other hand the instructions are not very detailed, and it's easy to see that whomever wrote them can't speak english very well. It also takes ALOT of water to clean thoroughly. In general I'd say that this machine is a very good purchase for any business owner looking for an affordable soft serve machine that can turn out around 6 to 8 cones at a time before cooling down again (about 1 minute for cool down). I'd say you could probably get a max of 400 cones out of it an hour if you were constantly working with it, but that's being pretty generous. Anyway I hope this review helps. I plan to provide another update with video after a month of use.

I strongly advise against purchasing this item from this company due to their poor customer service. I’ve had the machine for over a month, but within the first week, I noticed a major defect—the chocolate mix seeps into the vanilla, making it impossible to serve vanilla ice cream properly. The company sent a used replacement machine that was covered in stains and appeared to be an older model. Unfortunately, the machine doesn’t function properly. The right side fails to dispense, the middle drips, and only the left side works. I strongly recommend caution when purchasing from this company, as their customer service is disappointing. Expect a lot of back-and-forth as they try to avoid providing assistance or replacing the faulty product.

We bought this for our barn when we have parties or events it’s fantastic! Works well it is a chore to use but worth it! Works well good quality! Cleans up fairly easily with water hose. Watch YouTube videos

Made 3 batches, do not use water or it will freeze, If you use just milk or cream it has the best taste and doesn’t seem to freeze in the cylinder if it is continuous use you shouldn’t have the problem but I don’t find it has much taste to it as it does with milk or cream

Attention, pas de manuel d'utilisation, ni de livret de recette. La machine est capricieuse et compliquer à l'utilisation. Le cylindre congèle votre préparation ce qui empêche de sortir la préparation. On ne peux pas entrer dans les paramètre. Très compliquer à utiliser. je recommande pas cette achat.
