The Wand Company hits another home run! I love my Pip-Boy and enjoy it almost every day. There are so many interactive features and it is absolutely screen accurate. Just watch the TESTED video on youtube. Its sturdy construction and diecast front will ensure it lasts and looks great for a long time. I keep it on its heavy duty stand on my desk and use it as a clock. When working in my office I tune it to an FM station thats Bluetooth linked to my computer and play a Fallout soundtrack giving it a real “In Universe” feel. Customizing the weathering is easy and makes it your own. The fit on my arm is snug but comfortable. One or both of the inner linings can be removed to customize the fit to your arm. A very cool collectible that can also be used for cosplay, alarm clock, and for listening to the local radio. The colors of the collectible are great, it looks like the real thing from the video game and show. The quality is good, my biggest complaint is the latch the tightens around the wrist is very thin and doesn’t allow much of customization for different wrist sizes (it’s pretty much a one size fits all). if you have very thick wrists, I would be very careful about purchasing this product, it does have a return policy, so you’re good if it doesn’t fit your big wrist. The display is quite incredible, with the sounds being very authentic. The dozen of animations are excellent. there are many buttons on this thing, I suggest you read the manual. You can also update the software through the website, which gives you even more options, sounds and animations. it does come with its own stand, and it looks absolutely fantastic. You can use it while charging, and the battery seems to be very good. it also comes in a box that has vault-tech branding, making it feel as if you’re getting it from the actual company. worth every penny.

Absolutely LOVE this product, I can’t wait for season 2, as rewatching season 1 was so much fun with this thing on (yes I’m a geek like that) with the proper painting techniques you can make it look exactly like it does in the show, I think the developer said there’s 1 seam line that is different from what you see on the show? I can’t even tell which line he means, it is flawless, and so many of the screens are the exact ones you see in the show which is so much fun especially when watching with friends. I currently use it as my bedside alarm clock and couldn’t be happier with it, it feels sturdy, of course the back is all plastic but I am the worst at taking care of things and have used it a bunch with no scratches or issues. The radio is hit and miss, but I’m sure there are modders among the fan base that can remedy that. I also love that they update it via a website and hard link to your computer. Speaking of which, it is my new favorite tool when doing video editing on my computer, there is a mode that lets you use some of the knobs and buttons to interface somewhat and the inputs are perfect for video editing imo. It is crazy comfortable to wear, and that is also easily modified as well without damaging it if you need a size up or down. I’m roughly 180lbs and it fits me well, though I do have slender wrists for my frame. If you’re on the fence I highly recommend buying this before they get wise and jack up the price, as I can totally see them doing with the popularity of this IP. Just price check the older ones and see how they stack up, while this one is sized right to actually be worn and look cool. I added some model paint to mine to give it more of a realistic feel, though my skill is pretty limited in that capacity, I’m pretty happy with the results. Some rust, dirt, and bloody fingerprints fit right in to the aesthetic I think 😂

It's a cool piece; it is very much smaller than expected. The display is diecast metal, but the rest is just plastic... including the knobs and buttons. Beware to the large wristed, you will most likely have to take the foam inserts out to fit it, still it's very comfortable without them. Only 4 stars, would've been 5 had the foam inserts worked.

AMAZING full size replica of a Fallout Pip-Boy! 1:12 scale, and a perfect fit. Mostly die-cast construction, with a high resolution digital screen. The interactive screen, USB connectivity, and fit are all awesome. All the button work, too! The weathering was a bit amateurish, but you can remove it with some light rubbing alcohol and then add back in your own weathering washes (assuming you know how).

This item is so great. I needed it in a hurry so I bought it here even though you can get it for 299 elsewhere but it came in time for my costume and I’m very pleased with the features. I have small wrists but bit fit me pretty well and only slide around a bit

This is amazing. Many of the features aren't intuitive at first. So play around with it, download the manual, look up you tube tutorials. If you have a fallout geek in the family, this is worth the $250. I will probably geek out and buy the fallout 3/New Vegas one, since god knows how many hours I spent staring at it... Seems to be pretty solid construction. The radio is surprisingly loud.

Worth. Every. Freakin. Penny. If you’re a fallout nut then this is a MUST. Ik it’s a bit pricey, and everyone that I told looked at me in disgust, but the quality matches up with the price. Designers nailed the weight and the clunkiness. Battery lasts an insane amount of time if you turn it off after looking at the screen. Radio works great even in the house. Has an alarm feature that is surprisingly loud. Only drawback is that if you don’t have a decent sized arm it’ll just slide around. Girlfriend tried it on at one point and couldn’t keep it in one place no matter how far it went up her forearm. With that being said it’s very comfortable and I wear it out in public, definitely a conversation starter😂

Pretty faithful replica. Easy to change the terrible music to Radio New Vegas. But do note that this thing's basically an alarm clock/radio because the screens play video animations from the show.

This is a really well constructed replica of the Pip-Boy from the Amazon series. The front fascia is die-cast metal, whereas the rest of the unit besides the fastening clasp is plastic. There is a quickly applied black paint for the purpose of weathering, but the manufacturer states that this can be removed if preferred. On powering up, the Geiger counter lights up and so does the tuning window for the FM radio. Disappointingly, there are no music stations like in the games, just a brief introduction to a short sample of some violin playing. You can however, tune into actual radio stations but the reception is limited and getting a station to come up that plays pre-1950’s songs will be hit and miss. The display is fantastic. Numerous animations and info from the series is here and there is also an option to update the unit via the supplied cable when hooked up to a pc. The internal battery lasts for up to 8 hours, but can be recharged quite easily. Also, you can leave the unit on its supplied stand (which is solid metal) and plugged in so it can be used as an alarm clock. You can wake up to a few sound effects or the FM radio. This is a great cosplay or display replica, and quite compact compared to the one that came with the Fallout 4 collector’s edition. It’s also got a good weight without being too heavy to wear and has comfy pads to secure it on your wrist. These pads can also be removed if your forearm is thicker than average. All in all, a great replica and well worth the money.
