It cools some, not good or great, while being cumbersome around one's neck. I get better results from a smaller square neck blower fan than this.

This is good for not-so-hot days. The fan doesn't blow cold air like I thought. It circulates the air that's around you at that temperature. The cold plate isn't that cold. It doesn't have a snug fit. The battery doesn't last that long if it's on high speed or the coldest setting. Only use it when it isn't that hot outside.

I bought this product for my son-in-law who works in a feed store warehouse and so he's outside a lot and there's no air conditioning or anything in the warehouse and he said it worked really good for a little while but then it started to get hot and it ended up burning his neck he left welps on his neck so I'm going to try to look for one that won't do that thanks

A good, strong, and cold fan is really fun to walk around outside in the crazy heat here.The product is a bit big and heavy but it is worth the price.

Bought these for my husband because he works outside in the Texas summer heat . He is pretty impressed with them . The charge on it last for hours and it really does keep him cool. It gets to be 108 degrees in the sun so keeping cool is a must so I am always looking for things to keep him cool and so far these are doing the job. He did say they work even better if you put a wet rag around your neck and then put the fan on top of it . Just FYI.
