I am a 71 year old male. I do not take medication for anything. I prefer NOT to see a doctor. About a year ago , after roughly 40 years, I stopped taking vitamin and cod liver oil tablets daily . I decided I had been wasting my time and money. I was left with daily pain problems with my knees, nothing excessive, just old and worn and occasional pain in my hands , which I guess is arthritis. ( Sometimes so severe that my hand would be an unusable steel claw for 24/36 hours. ). My partner suggested I take a daily dose of curcumin which she had read was very good for joint pain. She bought some for me so I have been taking 2 a day for about 3 months. So far, I still have pain in my knees but much improved and not as bad as it was : I have not had any problem with my hands at all ( Oh no! I can sense the gods are watching me type this and preparing to make their next move!). The only other change I have made in the last few months is that I have stopped eating bread. I used to make 2 small loaves a week for the two of us so it was not excessive. So I have stopped taking vitamins, cod liver oil tablets - stopped eating bread - substituted 2 curcumin tablets a day and I can honestly say my hands and knees feel much better.

I was a little peeved to find that the daily dose consists of 3 capsules, as the main description rather implies that the entire dose is contained within one capsule. However, in fairness the daily dose is contained within the smaller blurb, it's just something to be aware of as you are paying for a 30-day dose, not a 90-day one. Onto the capsules themselves, I am pleased with them. The specs are great, they are easy to swallow, and they have a pleasant strong spicy aroma, but no external flavour. I was concerned that they would be too strong for my stomach, but I have had no trouble taking them right after a full meal. I'm not sure yet what effect they're having on my health, but I believe they're starting to help my creaky joints. I get a nice warm feeling all over after taking them, I think they dilate my blood vessels. I have found that my skin is a little more sensitive, which will hopefully wear off over time.

I have arthritis in my right hand, if I curled my fingers around anything like a wooden spoon for stirring, my fingers would get stuck in that position and it hurts to unfold them. If I went in my purse for change they would sometimes get stuck in there and I couldn’t grasp the coins which I found embarrassing when shopping and had to ask the assistant to take the money out of my purse for me. I have been taking this product since July and after a month the pain was much less and my fingers were getting stuck less too. Four months on and my fingers rarely get stuck anymore and my hand aches much less. I can now play tennis and badminton again. Would definitely recommend it.

These capsules are brilliant, I love that they use the same formula as the original capsules with ginger and black pepper which really help my digestion and are essential to get the most benefit from turmeric Since taking turmeric vitality my arthritis pain no longer bothers me and I can get on with life without the stiffness and pain I had become so familiar with, even through winter I managed to stay active The added curcumin in these capsules is s bonus for me as I was already feeling great from the original turmeric vitality capsules. I have told several friends about these who have started using them for arthritis and have said they feel less pain already The quality of the ingredients is lovely and there is a rich smell if you open up a capsule so I know they are fresh Keep up the good work

Diagnosed last year with arthritis in my big toe and with the recent cold weather it started to become more painful and not wanting to rely on pain killers i thought I'd give this a go. I wasn't expecting much but to my surprise and relief these have really made a difference. The dosage is 3 tabs a day but I'm only taking 2 and that still makes a real difference and would recommend. Not only can i walk without a limp but have an overall fealing of wellness after just a week. Going to order more and use as a regular supplement. Not cheap but if it works for you why wouldn't you give it a go.

I looked at a number of products but liked these as they had a good strength and included black pepper and minimal other ingredients.
