This iron works really well the vitamin C helps it absorb. Don’t let it sit on your tongue to long, it has a bad taste if you do.

I have low iron which has been causing hair loss for me. My dermatologist recommended I take it for 3 months and then we’ll recheck it. I currently take 3 tablets a day although the label recommends 1. It doesn’t taste/smell bad or make me feel nauseous. It is a little constipating but not as much as others I’ve taken over the years. I’ve just increased my fiber intake which is regulating my system. It’s great quality. Pills are on the smaller side and easy to swallow.

Taking this Iron supplement for two weeks helped boost my iron enough so that I can continue to donate blood regularly. The last two times I tried to donate blood two months after donation, my hemoglobin was too low, so I had to wait. So this time I took this supplement, and my hemoglobin level was within the donation level.
