I have a small home gym and wanted a cheap step up to do lunges or deadlifts with and this little thing delivers! I was a little sceptical that it was so cheap, it would be poorly made and not sturdy, but it's very secure, even if you add height. It's also very lightweight. Can easily be transported. It comes with adjustable feet so you can make it higher or lower for preference. I even have mine on the carpet and it's solid. Great value for the money, functional and easy to use! (I don't do my lunges that poorly lol)

I bought 8 of these in different colors to use in my classroom for group learning. Kids are having a hard time maintaining posture or sitting criss-cross while sitting on the carpet. Plus, they get used for brain breaks. Kids step up and down on them to move their bodies while inside. We also use them when lava or alligators are covering our floor. They hold up well to six and seven year olds. The leg pieces sometimes do fall off when stacking them or unstacking them at the beginning or end of the day, but not always. They are colorful and serve our needs well.

My son recommended this for not only exercise but building some bone density as well. It’s very easy to use and store away when not needed. Works well on hard floors and carpets. I’m starting with the lowest level and will try the attachments when I’m accustomed to the exercise.

I think this is good for the price. When I started searching I saw these in several price ranges. It seems there are 3 major lengths you can get. There is a size shorter in length than this and a size longer in length than this. The longer would be what you find in a gym and I would not recommend the ones shorter in length than this one. I think this is a good length for the price. This has enough room to comfortably step up and down and not worry about mising the platform. I don't feel that the longer one is worth paying so much more for with the length you get. I use it on carpet, which may not be recommended, but it is sturdy when I use it and the surface is non slip. I like that I can adjust the height from the blocks stored under the unit. I have read reviews of people not being happy that you cannot store one level of the blocks under while you are using it, but to me that's not even a big deal. I just set them aside when I'm using it. Right now I am using the highest level and I just keep it that way and do not replace them underneath for storage. This does not take up a lot of space so it's a good addition to the other equipment I have. It can be leaned up against a wall with minimal taking of space. I am very happy with my purchase and the price I paid. I never thought once about returning this product. I have had it for about 2 months.

Love this Step-up. Best value I could find and it’s really nice. The color is great and it’s pretty easy to stack. Material quality is really good and the size is bigger then expected so bonus there.

Easy to assemble and just the right heights. This product was sturdy yet not too heavy

It is just what's described, a step platform with risers that allow it to be adjusted to three different heights. It's light and sturdy, and it has rubber feet to protect the floor. So, all that is fine. However, there are two problems: First, the rubber feet are set back from the edge of the platform, so if you don't get your foot far enough onto the platform it will rock when you step on it. Second, when two risers are used to get a 6" height, they block the places where the other two risers should snap in to be stored -- how could the designers not notice and fix this? When it's set for 4" with no risers in use, all four risers snap into the bottom of the platform; when it's set for 8" all four risers are in use so there's nothing left to store on the bottom of the platform. But with two risers in use for a 6" platform, the other two risers are kicking around loose.

not using this for a work out product. using for a solid step up for getting into and out of bed. very supportive and plenty of space needed to proper footing.
