DO NOT BUY! Lock jammed!!!
After 6 months of usage, the door locked due to low battery. After Opening thru key and inserting new batteries (Duracell) the lock mechanism is not required working. Customer support are slow to respond and the technician who came also knew the issue but the person on support call still told him to perform unnecessary procedure. Even after doing all steps, issue was not solved. They have not yet replaced th motor part that autolocks. I am waiting from 29 jan 2026 and today is 17 feb 2026 when I am writing this review and still they have not replaced the motor or exchanged the locker. Will update review again if they resolve it

Worst product/worst service/ cheated/ looted!
Worst product ever! And worst service by Amazon on this order. 1. I received a product that looks second hand. 2. The digital cluster doesn't work at all. Recieved a damaged/not working product. 3. Had asked for replacement and even after talking to customer service executive over pick up of this item, no one came to pick it up and amount was also not refunded! I was cheated by Amazon. Do not but any of Amazon basics locker! Again, do not buy!!!

Product look sturdy but its not but its ok for daily use
Product received damaged at front corners at 2 places as i am in need of urgently some safe so i am not returning it Main turning knob is made up of plastic and can break if you put extra force while turning. Master key also look simple and very low quality Inside welding of back plate not strong as it is tag welding but for me its ok as i am using it for daily use
