I accidentally ordered the wrong battery for my son’s e-bike. The sellers were very responsive and offered to exchange it for the correct one. New battery fits and works perfectly.

I had to modify the Heybike Ranger to accept the battery. It comes with everything you’ll need. It really wasn’t that difficult. It took about an hour. The battery was much less than the original battery. I haven’t tried it yet but the bike powered right up. Also I reached out to Heybike for a replacement under warranty and they told me it’s on BO for the last two months!

Perfect replacement for original battery

I wanted an extra battery since I do alot of riding. Bought this thinking it would was an exact match for etrike battery. It was not an exact match. Same voltage, same Ah, BUT it only has one positive and one negative outlet, and two useless outlets. My etrike requires 2 positives and 2 negatives. You CAN NOT RETURN IT!! So now I'm stuck with a new battery that I have no use for BUYER BE WARE!!!

Well designed and item work very well since it arrived. Please check, if it fits your bike, and voltage/amps parameters before you purchase, and after item arrived you will enjoy.
