don't bother, customer service is lacking
I can't get the scent to "work". Initially the issue was I couldn't get the unit to connect to my wifi. Reached out to customer service, they were very getting that connected. but now i can't get any smell out of the cartridge. I again reached out, they asked for an order # and I haven't received any reply (reached out trice with order #). Pretty expensive as it is, and this is the specific scent I wanted, but it's a brick as far as I'm concerned. Don't bother, waste of $.
