Terrible. They’re felt like. Very thick and stiff, impossible to get the hair wrapped tightly around the roller with these. Even after cutting and wetting them. The whole package went into the trash.

The quality of the paper is great very strong yet gentle in the hair. Nice and thin and very economical

I’ve never gone to cosmetology school but any perm papers I’ve ever seen used while working at the desk in a salon were thin, very thin. These are so thick I had to soak them in water in order for them to be able to roll decently with the hair/rollers. I’m not sure if this is the correct perm papers to use but thankfully it did not seem to affect my son’s perm. It was like using large thick pieces of felt to wrap the perm.

Absolutely awful for perm papers. I was shocked when I opened the package. They were real thick and rough. And really big. I didn’t what to do, because I was all ready to perm my hair. So I decided to soak them in water and I cut them to make them fit the rollers. I was a wreck wondering if my perm was going to work, but luckily it di. But, please don’t buy these. Not worth the trouble.
