Makes great bread
I have been making gluten free bread weekly for a while. Although I used another brand forever, I decided to try King Arthur. It made a big difference in rising time and consistency. Love it!

gluten free bread flour
Baking gluten free is so tricky in my opinion. I really do love this flour though! I have baked yeasted bread, sourdough bread, pizza crust and rolls with this bread and I like the quailty overall. I have also had good results when using this flour.

Even though it is supposed to be gluten free through the mechanical processes, I don’t trust it as a celiac.
