Initially bought to help with recovery from abdominal surgery as I'm always tossing an turning from side to side and back. Definitely helped. Great support to the back and front. I am all recovered now and still use it. It's helped with my chronic neck pain. I've tried every pillow for my neck but for some reason this one won and I wasn't even looking for that from this pillow. Very pleasant surprise! Also used to use a pillow between my knees to help with hip pain and now it's like an all in one pillow of care haha! Definitely worth it! I'm a bit on the taller side (5'11") so just a warning it can be a little tight but I've stretched it over time. I find it soft but firm enough to hold you in position. It's like being hugged to sleep! Shipped pretty fast as well!
