This is not a dual voltage dryer as described. Printed on the dryer, it states that it is 110V only. Looking at the box it came in, it looks like that you can purchase the dryer in EITHER 110V or 220V, so it’s not dual voltage. I will be returning this as I need a dual voltage dryer for International travel.

Dear Amazon Customer Service, I recently purchased a hairdryer advertised as dual voltage, specifically because I was traveling to Europe (Germany) and needed a device that would work outside Canada. Based on the product description, it was clearly stated to be suitable for international use. However, as soon as I plugged it in and turned it on in Germany, the hairdryer immediately blew out and stopped working. It was not only disappointing but also potentially dangerous, as it sparked and became completely dead. This was a serious safety issue, and the product clearly did not function as promised. I was left without a working hairdryer during my trip, which was quite inconvenient. I would appreciate a full refund for this item. Its a good dryer brush but it's hard to use if you have thick hair. I also just suck at styling my own hair so it could also just be me. But otherwise great product.
