This phone system is worth much more than it costs. I purchased this for my 96 year old uncle and my 88 year old aunt.The extra loud volume allows them to hear well when talking on the phone and speakerphone.When the phone rings with an incoming call the ringer is loud enough to hear and the built in flash light also flashes.If they can’t find the phone handset they push the locator button and all the handsets ring and flash making it easy to find a misplaced handset.If you are looking for peace of mind and ease of use for yourself or a loved one this system is a great choice.

We like these phones, they are easy to setup and install. We got rid of an old land line phone and got a cell based phone system. This unit just plugged into the cell box and work flawlessly.

Well packaged and shipped quickly. Easy set-up, handsets coordinated themselves with no issues. Good sound volume and call blocking features. A bit on the "lightweight side" compared to my old Panasonic but then everything new today seems be that way! Only disappointment to note is that if you use a provider for your phone messages the phone does not "flash" that you have a message waiting. I don't know if you use the "recording message" on the phone itself whether it flashes as I did not try that set-up. So beware if that's important for you. At least on the old Panasonic all the handsets flashed if their was a phone provider message. For the price I think it should work both ways and I think it's is a bit unclearly deceptive on its functionality in the description of the phone features. Otherwise a great phone. Lisa

Love the small space it takes on my table. The caller ID doesn't work unless I have it in my telephone plan, which I don't because of the cost. But there is a block button for the unwanted calls that do come in.

Perhaps i am not to bright or electronically challenged. Yes the keys are big and has voice boost but it can be complicated to use. If i understand cord it can block any calls not on your favorites list. That is if you set it up that way. But that is up surd. Everytime i give out my number or expect a call i have to add that number to favorites. So my phone is set to receive all calls. You do have the option to block calls you don’t want to except. Anyway to remember the steps regarding call blocking is beyond my capacity and i would think most people. I would of returned it but after i received it i was away for several weeks. Shen i finally got around to learning it the return window had closed. Oh, try getting through to panasonic customer service. Easy if you don’t mind talking to a robot but trying to get a human is almost impossible

Had this system before and had just replaced it. The only issue is when you pick up the hand piece to make a call, the dial tone does not sound like the solid tone we're used to before dialing. It's short, fast sounding tone, not a solid tone. All other features are great.
