I am not taking them now after ovulation, but I will restart when the new cycle arrives. I highly recommend this product, especially to pre-menopausal women who experience very uncomfortable hot flashes and night sweats.

Even though the taste of the powder version is unpleasant, taking it in water three times a day gave the results I wanted. I don’t think these tablets are as effective for me, so I’ll go back to powder
