I bought this to help resolve the clutter problem on one of our endtables, where the living room remotes live. (3 remotes, plus the home wireless phone, the lamp, almost always a magazine and a drink, and usually a cat.) This thing didn't solve the magazine, drink, or cat problem, but it took care of all the loose remotes, and looks nicer than expected too. It's inexpensive, but surprisingly solid. The paint job is perfect... not what I expected to be honest, given the typical mass-produced stuff one often sees. The swivel base is actually more useful than I expected too -- now the caddy doesn't have to be right next to the person sitting down, since they can spin it around to reach stuff on the far side. (I know we're only talking about 6" of difference, but if you're sitting down and the thing you want is *just* out of reach... argh. I mean we have remotes, right? So we all admit we're lazy. The spinning caddy fits right in!)

I have this Siveit Wooden Desk Organizer on my bedside table. It holds my phone my remote the light remote control and various pens and misc. items. Not too big and not too small. It swivels so I can reach anything I need with ease. So Glad I purchased this organizer. Well worth the money. two thumbs up for this organizer.
