But as I get older, I am starting to notice these things more and more. I started using this product a few months ago because I found it on the EWG website. I follow their assessments on so many personal and household products, because I want to avoid, as much as I can, any daily products made with any chemicals suspected to be unsafe for human health and the environment. It is an expensive proposition, to be sure. But I took a chance on it. And I LOVE IT! It has a very light texture that spreads very well, so a little goes a long way. It has a pleasant-enough scent that is certainly not off-putting. The fact that it is NOT loaded with chemical fragrances and additives gives me even more reason not to let that bother me. But the real benefit from this product that I have noticed...it has reduced the crepey skin under my arms, at my elbows and knees, and the stretch marks at my hips! It leaves my skin feeling hydrated, without a sticky or gummy residue like so many other lotions I've tried. It doesn't just sit on the surface, but really does seem to absorb into my skin. And it doesn't irritate my typically sensitive skin! Review: Pretty expensive for a half full bottle - Although I can’t speak for its effectiveness as of yet, the bottle came half full. I’m all for spending money to invest in ourselves, but I expect to receive what I paid for. Debating a return.

Nice Gender Neutral Botanical Scent, Lovely Texture, Hydrates Well-Potential For Irritation
This True Botanicals body lotion has a plant based emphasis and a moderately strong scent from fragrant essentials oils, such as copaifera officinalis resin oil, amyris balsamifera bark oil, eucalyptus oil, oregano oil, rosemary oil and so on. Even natural fragrant oil pose a risk of sensitivity or allergy like regular perfume, though I have sensitive skin and allergies and haven’t had an issue with this lotion (though someone else could). I’m not a huge fragrance fan, but I enjoy this gender neutral scent. I don’t find it overpowering so long as I focus the application on certain areas, such as my hands and arms or my legs. I have dry skin so I end up applying an unscented moisturizer as needed to other areas as I just don’t do well being engulfed by any scent. From how it smells on me (will vary by person), I’d describe this as an uncommon herbaceous and woody scent with peppery and sandalwood notes. This lotion has a lovely texture. It’s not runny like some lotions and instead has substance but absorbs well and isn’t heavy or greasy. It leaves my dry skin well moisturized, comfortable, soft and smooth. The hydration and likely the hyaluronic acid quickly improve a crepey look (especially my upper arms and calves) I’m getting with age, but I can’t yet speak to long term benefits. This lotion looks elegant countertop and has a pump that works well. This is a premium lotion especially nice for those who enjoy aromatic oils. Like it. 4 stars. Made in USA.

Smell is not good
I’m not sure if the lotion is great, only been using for 2 days but the smell is awful. I smell like my spice rack, not sure which ingredient is the culprit but it smells very strong peppery, mustard seed, something. I can only use it at night because I stink when I wear it and can’t even smell my perfume. For how expensive this was, I will use it all but how can anyone wear this and think they smell nice?

Yes!
I had strawberry skin on my legs and it got rid of it in three days. I’m falling in love with this brand.
