Myself and my whole family enjoyed using this scooter. It lasts about 20 minutes to half an hour depending on how much you use it. It's lots of fun in the lake that we go to on vacation. My older son who is 30 and my younger son who is 26 both love it. The only thing that I saw that was a challenge was understanding the instructions. They have the moon about eight different languages and you have to read it very carefully because it's not laid out very well. All in all though you can figure it out if you need to. It's a lot of fun and less price than the more professional models that are listed on Amazon. Some of those are for the more serious users that are far above my level. As it is this runs great. I would highly recommend.

UPDATE 8/17/25: I’m lowering this to 1 star because one scooter stopped working and there is no customer support. The device does not power on, no indicator lights at all and it doesn’t charge. There is one major flaw with this device: the charger. It uses a proprietary magnetic plug with 5 pins and both the charger and the contact point on the device corrode easily. If you don’t attach them perfectly and wiggle them around, they won’t charge. When I spend $600 for two water scooters, I expect them to continue to work longer than 3-4 months. For this reason I cannot recommend this product.Original review 30 days after purchase:Bought two of these for a 12 year old boy and 7 year old girl. They love them and say it’s the best pool toys they have ever had. Build a quality appear quite good, well designed. The only part that is questionably are the charger magnetic contacts as you have to be very careful they connect exactly right or they won’t charge. Quite powerful and can pull even my 110 lb son at a nice pace through the water. Even adults can use it, but the heavier you are the more you drain the battery. Lasts about 40 min for my daughter.

My kid really loves this thing, and it is a lot of fun! It even pulls me around just fine, and I'm 5'8" and 170lbs. My son who is 11 just whips around the pool with it. The battery is spot on. It lasts about 50 minutes to an hour after being used quit heavily. It does have a tendency to suck things into the fan. I really wish it was easier to clean it out. I have pulled out a lot of goggle straps and swim trunk draw strings. Other than that, we love it.

This gadget is very fun in clear water. It is perfect for pulling people underwater. The scooter is lightweight but powerful. It is the best water toy or snorkeling accessory I have found. The quality is good and the performance exceeds expectations. I like the convenience of taking them on trips. This is a must-have powerful gadget for your gear!

Customer service was awesome. They always picked up right away and provided solutions. However, about 2 months after getting the product, it stopped charging and was unusable. The solution was to use WD40 to clean the connectors for the charging plug. This worked initially, then when I returned, the vehicle was again out of battery. Will not be buying another.

Holds a charge for about one hour use, kids really enjoy it in the pool.
