I received the pillow quickly, and it was well-packaged — compact and easy to open. Once I took it out, it expanded nicely and reached its full shape within a short time. The pillow feels very comfortable — both the height and firmness are just right. It supports my head and neck well without feeling too hard or too soft. I also like that it doesn’t get hot during the night, so I don’t wake up sweaty. I’ve used it for a few days now, and it has kept its shape very well. There was no odor when I opened the package, and it fits perfectly in my pillowcase. I usually sleep on my side, and this pillow works great for that — it provides good support and stays comfortable through the night. As other reviews here have mentioned, this pillow is like a couch cushion. It is a highly firm and thick pillow. One of the reviews here mentioned that this pillow was more ideal for people with broad shoulders or a bear. Well, being a big man with broad shoulders / a bear, this was the deciding factor for me to purchase it since I enjoy sleeping on my side and need a good pillow. I originally wanted to use this pillow as a hugging / holding pillow to use to sleep; however, I found that this pillow is not ideal for that due to its firmness and thickness. I was surprised to find that it was more ideal to use for resting my head when sleeping. I do agree with other reviews that it maintains it shape and won't create craters or creases in the areas where you rested your head. If you are looking for a VERY firm pillow, this is one to consider. This is not a pillow for people needing a soft pillow. EDIT 11/26/2025: I purchased this pillow again during Thanksgiving / Black Friday week. These pillows are not the same quality or product that I purchased back in April 2025. The pillow did not fluff up completely - the sides were still loose - and the pillow was softer and not supportive at all. The reason I purchased this pillow is that I needed a VERY FIRM and supportive pillow. I tried the pillows I purchased during Thanksgiving / Black Friday week and I sank right into them. I would recommend for anyone wanting a softer pillow but if you need a firm, supportive pillow this is not one.

I’m a total pillow person — I have six on my bed — and this one instantly became my favorite. The gel memory foam has just the right balance of firmness and comfort, keeping my neck and shoulders supported without feeling stiff. It actually stays cool all night, and the bamboo cover feels soft and breathable. I sleep in all positions, and it works great for each one. Highly recommend if you love pillows as much as I do!

I have tried so many pillows over the years it is ridiculous. This is the best pillow I have ever had as it helps with my cervical degenerative disc disease. I used to prop myself up slightly with 2 pillows and have a slight support in my shoulders in order to get some sleep. I would toss and turn all night. I have tried so many different sleeping positions over the years. My quality of sleep was terrible and I always woke up in the morning with a headache which radiated from the back of my head to my forehead. Now I sleep flat on my back with this pillow supporting my head. I have found it to be very important for me, that the edge of the pillow is pushing on the top part of my shoulders. My sleep got better each day. What an amazing difference - I finally get a few hours of quality sleep. My back feels more aligned as well. The pillow is very firm but not hard. During the night I use another pillow when I switch to sleep on my side as this one does not work for me in that position - that pillow took forever to find too! Update: I hardly every give reviews and I originally gave this pillow a glowing review because it was amazing. After using for almost 4 months I am SO disappointed. The pillow got softer and didn't offer the firm support that I loved. As a spot got softer I would use a different area on the pillow. It was great for a couple of weeks then I had to move to another firm spot which was great at first and then became softer. I eventually ran out of firm areas and started using the short sides of the pillow to put my head on. Now I am out of firm areas, and my headaches in the morning are back. I considered buying another one. I paid $99.99 for the pillow on September 1, 2024. But as of today January 1, 2026 the pillow is $118.09! WOW! I would have paid this had the pillow maintained it's firmess for longer - but this is crazy!

This pillow surprised me. It feels like a brick wrapped in a bit of cushion & I couldn't imagine it being comfortable. But somehow, it works. For reference, I'm a side sleeper. It definitely wouldn't be suitable for a tummy sleeper because there's very little compression.

Leider hatte ich hohe Erwartungen durch die vielen positiven Rezensionen. Aber leider wurde ich eher enttäuscht, da das Kissen für diesen Preis eher eine minderwertige Qualität hat. Warum es so teuer ist, kann ich nicht verstehen. Das Innenleben wirkt wie billiger Schaumstoff oder ähnliches. Das Kissen ist sehr flach und bietet nicht die Stützfunktion, die ich brauche. Das Kissen geht daher zurück.
