GoProHandlebar Seatpost Mount

I was slightly sceptical when I purchased this, given that other reviewer's said it snapped or shattered after one use. However I was pleasantly surprised at how solid it actually is. What impressed me more was the far superior sound quality you get with this mount versus the other GoPro mounts with 'quick release' clips. These other clips, in my experience, produce a horrible annoying clicking noise when moved, even if you have the rubber horse show thing inserted and all the screws done up tightly.The bike mount however produces no such annoying noises, because it doesn't use a quick release.You actually get to hear the sound of biking, be it the tyres on the road or people/animals going by. I can actually enjoy using my expensive GoPro for once. The variety of angles you can capture are good too, as you get a number of different angled sections to use. It's quite interesting to see your gears moving if you mount the camera in the right position for example. Well worth the money and the best of the GoPro mounts.

I got this to connect my GoPro to a huge 10m pole we have and it does the trick really well. It does seem a little weak but its yet to break on me. So far been really good.

Bit expensive but you pay for quality: the plastic is very tough and and it mounts easily to things.I used this on my ski-pole; it was easy to add/remove it in the cold and the components held-up well in the adverse weather. Haven't tried it on my bike yet but it will most certainly fit easily to the handlebars and seat stem.Be careful when removing it (and other GoPro mounts) on the go: I nearly lost the nut from the end thinking it was glued in!If you want to film more interesting angles than from your helmet for cheap, buy this!

It does what it's supposed to and has proved robust enough during handlebar mounted mountain biking for the past 2 months. It could be better but I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews, maybe lack of QC at GoPro?Yes there is a certain amount of flex but I would expect that, I'd rather have the mount bend/break than the camera case or even my handlebar!It could definitely be improved though, the fasteners are hard to grip enough to tighten properly and I often end up using a screwdriver for the final tighten.The overall design could be improved by incorporating a pivot, because of the design currently the camera can only be mounted facing along the tube it's attached to or at a right angle to it.It's expensive for what it is, but I'm not sure the alternatives are any better overall.

This mount as a package is garbage, used it twice and twice the camera went for a road trip. The components are brittle and therefor just break with the/any vibration. I had thrown the broken parts in the bin in disgust. A week later I find myself buying a grab bag of mounts and notice they have written on the label Edition 2 Ha-ha GP have decided the original run of this product is crap and fixed it, I guess using a softer materialbottom line great product but first edition is brittle try to avoid buying this oneSecond Edition had done so many more miles and not failed once! Buy this one :) (The part clamped to bike has never failed, just the other parts..

I have now ridden over one hundred miles with the mount fitted to the handlebars of my hybrid cycle. The terrain has been varied and the mount, with camera attached, has performed very well. I have not experienced any of the problems encountered by some reviewers. The camera has remained in place over the roughest terrain and was not affected by speeds up to 30mph. The only issue with the recorded video has been me when I wobble the handlebars but otherwise picture quality has been very good. Item is highly recommended.

Again another quality gopro product which will ensure safe use of the camera beyond the standard mounts. It will make the camera more versatile and being gopro it fits first time with the camera. Very happy with delivery too

Comprata per riprendere le uscite con gli amici in MTB, facile e pratica grazie ad un taglio in una base delle due viti che permette di toglierlo e riposizionarlo in altra parte della bici senza perdere troppo tempo. Materiale quasi alla pari dell'originale ma ad un prezzo molto più competitivo. Consiglio a chi piace cambiare le prospettive di ripresa durante le uscite. Io la utilizzo per enduro quindi di vibrazioni ne prende parecchie, per ora tutto ok.

I was concerned that this would not fit for my intended use, however it works perfectly. Fits very securely on the end of my trekking pole. Very sturdy metal.

Die Rohrhalterung macht genau, was sie soll und bietet absolut sicheren Halt - (GoPro Original Zubehör).Die ein oder andere Rezension bemängelte, dass die Halterung zu wenig Haftung hätte bzw. dies nur mit einem separat besorgten Gummistreifen erreicht werden konnte. Meinem GoPro-Set (für das ich 18,90€ bezahlt habe) lagen bereits 2 Gummistreifen bei - ein dünner Gummi für dickere Rohre und ein dickeres Gummi als Unterlage für recht dünne Röhrchen. Daher ist absolut fester Halt an allen von mir getesteten Rohren (Skistock, Sattelstütze, MTB-Lenker) gewährleistet und keine Zusatzmontage/Zusatzequipment erforderlich gewesen.Die ebenfalls im Set mitgelieferten Schwenkarme bieten variable Einsatzmöglichkeiten/Ausrichtung der Aufnahmewinkel.Bei Rezensionen, in denen von zu wenig Halt oder von Verrutschen der Kamara die Rede ist und Zusatzmaterialien erwähnt werden, die zunächst und gesondert besorgt werden mussten, könnte es sich daher m.E. um Produkte von Alternativherstellern gehandelt haben?!Bei der original GoPro-Halterung kann ich in Bezug auf Montage / fester Sitz von keinerlei Einschränkung berichten.

Amazing & fits just anywhere on a bike, motorcycle. If using on motorcycles I would suggest do a test run (nothing wrong with the product) the engine tends to generate vibrations & at 30k plus rpm the video starts getting jittery. The mount's rubber padding isn't thick enough to spot it at hight rpm's. The small diameter rubber mount well can give improvement but depends on what is your mounting pipes diameter. The screw fit really snug I was shocked of seeing their strength. I have taken the Arup with 2 extinctions & Speer up to 170kmph the wind does not push the camera a cm away from what you had set it up. Happy buying.
