What a beautiful game I dnt know how to play chess but I love to watch.My daughter learned chess and she always want me to play with her we have the non electric one but when I saw this I said I will definitely buy it,Its so easy to start and play and she doesnt need anyone to play with her. It looks beautiful and size is perfect as well. They are magnetic and the computer talk to you as well.I am so happy that she is playing good game and using her brain instead of using mobile all the time.Recommended

My daughter loves it. Got it for her to practice chess. It's good for any level of players. Easy to setup, the system guides you through it. The pieces are very good quality. A bit expensive but it's worth it.

This product doesn’t work. It doesn’t recognise pieces on the board and won’t accept legal moves. I‘ve tried to return it to Amazon who say the return window is closed when it should still be open. The bot sends queries in circles and it’s impossible to speak to someone to get things resolved. Dreadful service.

The customer service is excellent. My chess set had problems and when I contacted customer service they responded extremely quickly and in a very friendly and collaborative manner. At first they tried to resolve the issue remotely, and when this did not work they readily replaced the faulty unit within 1 week. I am now enjoying a very well-made, high quality chess computer - even though it regularly beats me.
