I’ve been using this helmet for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m very satisfied with its performance and quality. The helmet feels solid, comfortable, and well-ventilated, making it a great choice for daily use. The flip-up mechanism works smoothly, and the inner smoke sun shield is a great addition for daytime rides under the sun. The design is stylish and aerodynamic, especially in the glossy black finish — it really stands out. However, there’s one minor safety concern I feel should be pointed out. The extended rear spoiler (or “bick”), while sporty in appearance, might be a risk for the pillion rider, especially if they are seated very close. It’s a hard, pointed edge and could unintentionally cause discomfort or injury during sudden braking or movement. If Steelbird could smoothen or redesign that back portion, this helmet would be close to perfect!

Faulty and damaged product
I received a faulty and damaged product with visible scratches, which is completely unacceptable. Upon reviewing the customer feedback, I noticed that several other customers have reported similar issues, including receiving damaged, defective, or scratched items. This clearly indicates a recurring quality control problem. It is concerning that despite multiple complaints and reviews highlighting the same issue, Amazon has not taken appropriate corrective action or conducted a thorough investigation into the matter. This reflects poorly on product quality assurance and customer satisfaction standards. I request you to urgently look into this issue, ensure proper quality checks, and take necessary action to prevent other customers from facing the same inconvenience.

The helmet looks good, but the material quality is poor, and the black visor gets scratched very easily.
