Since I started these tablets I have not had cramps.... Worth Buying

After one month color changed…

I tried this magnesium glycinate hoping to see some improvement in energy, muscle relaxation, or sleep, but I honestly didn’t feel any perceptible difference while taking it. On top of that, the capsules absorbed moisture inside the bottle, which made them look clumpy and not fresh. Very disappointed with both the effectiveness and quality of the product. Would not repurchase.

The supplement initially appeared promising, but after a few weeks of storage under appropriate conditions, several capsules began to show discoloration and clumping. This raised concerns regarding product stability and quality control. While it may be an isolated batch issue, I am hesitant to continue use and would advise caution to potential buyers.

This is a fantastic item. I take one every night and it’s not let me down. I don’t have leg cramps and I’m sleeping up to 7hrs, which I haven’t done in a long time! They are capsules, but easy to swallow. Buy with confidence. 5 stars and well deserved.
