Capsules over powder always!
For me I really don’t like a powder which is a strange substance or has a color or smell . So when I wanted to see the results of collagen I needed to try this different Easy to take the capsules with some fluids . Skin feels less dry and firmer and it shows me effectiveness

Easy to swallow and no taste to them at all, have been taking for a few months now, have noticed a difference in my nails as they are stronger and do t break as easily. They help ease some of my knee and back pain too. I notice a difference if i dont take them. Cant say ive noticed anything different with my skin, still the same lines and wrinkles but i will continue to take as they are not a bad price and are helping somewhat.
