Doesn't really taste like nettle leaf. Flavor isn't great, it has an unpleasant flavor. Will have to go back to the other company i was using before, even tho it's a little pricey.

Stinging nettle is definitely a diuretic. It’s easy to use, and is of sterling quality. When I take it, I do pee more than usual. My urine is clearer, it does work on the kidneys. A+

I am such a tea girly, especially in the winter. I love to have several cups of tea. And I absolutely love to try different tea however it took me a while to make the jump to purchase this premium 100 stinging Nettle leaf tea because it does have a very acquired taste. However, I believe that after sipping on my 1st cup, I have now discovered a unique flavour of tea that I can drink, hot or cool in the summertime. I added some lemon slices and a few drops of honey, and this has become part of my daily tea intake that is delicious. I like that the ingredients list is simple and straightforward, with no added flavours or filters. The aroma is natural and calming, and a tea steeps even evenly whether I brew it light or let it sit a bit longer for stronger cup. It’s easy to drink on its own or paired with other tease if you enjoy blending. I absolutely recommend it for anyone who enjoys herbal teas with natural that of high-quality

Great nettle leaves but I didn't like the bag texture, it didn't seem very "breathable "

This has become a routine bedtime tea for me and after drinking for several weeks - I feel like has been beneficial for my overall health. My only quip is it smells like socks - BUT the taste is great hahaha. The strength of the tea is medium - I like mine steeped strong - so maybe 3 minutes for the average person is enough for flavour.
