Unscrupulous seller and it's ethics
Bought this LT Lappy Top 65W Adapter for my Redmi Book 15 due to its rare specs (65W, 19.5V, 3.33A, 4.0mm x 1.7mm pin). But within 6 months (within warranty), it stopped working! Amazon CS initially gave me the wrong seller details for warranty replacement. After finally contacting the seller, they promised a replacement upon pickup—but now, for 8 days, they’re just playing games. This is an essential item, and the seller is completely unreliable. Avoid!
