Freewell Mist Filter Duo for Osmo Pocket 3: Snow Mist 1/8 & Glow Mist 1/8 - Cinematic Enhancement & Digital Softening…

I bought these with the intention of stacking them on top of the mist filter, but due to the orientation of the magnets, these filters do not stack on top of the mist filters. You will have to purchase the other basic ND filters if you want to stack multiple.The build quality of these filters is great. The filter is tight enough and rotates slowly enough that it won't get moved around accidentally by a quick swipe or bump.

I have always heard that Freewell makes nice quality filters, so I decided to give these a try. They are packaged very nicely and come in a nice case, and even include a cleaning cloth. Filters themselves are good quality, and everything feels top notch. However, it's not perfect. These filters fall into the trap of not fitting on the lens when the camera is turned off, being just a little too thick to let the camera head go into the storage mode that protects the lens. I have tried some other filters that are thinner and they work just fine when you turn them off. Having to remove the filter every single time you flip the screen to shut the camera down, even if it is just for a few minutes, is annoying, and even though these filters are actually very high quality, I don't like that I can't just leave them on the camera if I need to take a break from shooting. Hopefully they can update these in an updated version, because I can definitely tell the difference between these and other filters, and these really are nice, just not perfect.

as with most freewell products ive used, it serves the purpose. works well and attaches nice to the camera. no color shift or anything and allows you to get your video the be properly exposed while maintaining your shutter speeds etc. Its also combined with PL which lowers reflections of things like windows and water.

Goes on easy and holds well to the camera, but with my bigger hands it's a little cumbersome to spin the filter and get them off of the camera. No major color cast either.

After using the OSMO Pocket 3 several times I realized that I needed filters for my videography. The filters allow me to film videos without having to constantly worry about light ruining the video. I use the filters regularly for several projects. The main tips I would advice are make sure to remove the filter before turning off the DJI, clean the filter inside and out, and adjust the white line for preference. Overall, great filters that are essential for videography.

This Freewell 4 pack of hybrid ND/CPL filters fit and work perfectly on my DJI OSMO Pocket 3. If you plan on filming in manual mode on a sunny day to get proper natural motion blur you will need ND filters. I have used Freewell filters for years on many other devices and drones and they are always top notch quality. They just pop on the lens magnetically and are removed easily as well. You are getting the ND (Sunglasses) and CPL (Polarizer - Reduces glare on glass or water and makes colors pop) all in one. They come in a nice magnetic hinged case along with a microfiber cloth. I highly recommend Freewell filters.

I enjoy all things that Freewell seem to build and the magnet are strong and hold to the camera very well. The pocket 3 works well with them and I do more thing when the weather is warm.

It's a lot of money, do you need all the filters. I have used most of them and glad I had them on that sunny February day.

Freewell ist ein für allerlei Foto- und Drohnenzubehör bekannter Hersteller. Das Filterset für den DJI Osmo Pocket 3 habe ich für einen Produkttest erhalten, auf die nun folgende Bewertung wurde aber von keiner Seite Einfluss genommen. Ich hoffe, ich kann so dem ein oder anderen behilflich sein.Geliefert werden insgesamt vier Filter in einem praktischen Case mit magnetisch verstärktem Verschluss. Bei den Filtern handelt es sich um Hybridfilter, also Filter, die sowohl als ND-Filter als auch als verstellbarer Polfilter fungieren. Hierbei gibt es vier verschiedene ND-Filterstärken von ND8 / 16 / 32 / 64, die alle über einen verstellbaren Polfilterring verfügen. Freewell nennt dieses Set passenderweise "Bright Day", denn die ND-Stärken decken die normalerweise benötigten Stärken gut ab. Wem das nicht reicht, der findet aber auch noch umfangreichere (und deutlich teurere) Filtersets von Freewell.Die Filter werden magnetisch am Osmo Pocket 3 befestigt und können auch an der Kamera verbleiben, wenn diese im Ruhezustand geschützt wird. Sie halten sehr gut, lassen sich aber auch leicht wieder abnehmen. Die ND-Filter ermöglichen es, die Verschlusszeit auch bei hellem Licht so zu verlängern, dass man auf ideale Verschlusszeiten vom doppelten FPS-Wert kommt. Welcher Filter der richtige für die entsprechende Situation ist, muss man selbst austesten. Durch Drehen des Rädchens kann der Polfilter entsprechend für mehr Kontraste, eine Verringerung von Spiegelungen und klarere Darstellung von Wolken am Himmel genutzt werden. Auch die Farben werden stärker gesättigt. Ich habe versucht, den Unterschied im Foto festzuhalten.Fazit: Das Filterset von Freewell deckt fast alle meine Filterwünsche ab. Die Kombination von ND- und Polfilter in einem Filter finde ich hervorragend und der Unterschied zur Aufnahme ohne Filter ist beträchtlich. Die Verarbeitungsqualität ist einwandfrei. Freewell-Filter sind nicht die billigsten Filter auf dem Markt, aber die Qualität rechtfertigt meines Erachtens den Preis von derzeit knapp unter € 70,- für vier Hybridfilter. Von mir gibt es fünf Sterne und eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
