This product is absolutely incredible! Before using it, my hair was very dry and dull looking. But after using this product just once, my hair is silky, glossy and super soft. It also smells gorgeous.

This stuff is a game changer. I have a routine of: sulphate-free shampoo, the Glycolic gloss lamination treatment, Kerastase serum, and then Glycolic gloss serum once my hair has dried, and I've never had softer, shinier, healthier hair. It's utterly beautiful. Hair feels smooth and thick and lush. For the amount I feel I would spend at a salon to get hair like this, it's exceptional value. I hope they never stop making this stuff.

Buy this on repeat as it’s a godsend for my daughter’s long hair, she has sensory issues and hates her hair touched but this stuff, not only smells and feels lovely but helps detangle and keeps it smooth for days. On our 10th bottle now probably. Pricey but worth it for the peace it brings.

L’Oreal’s Glycolic Gloss Conditioner feels like one of those products you don’t expect much from, and then halfway through rinsing you realise something is different. The texture is lightweight but really silky - almost like a serum turned into a conditioner - and it spreads easily without that heavy, waxy feel some “shine” products have. What I noticed most is how instantly smooth the hair feels. It gives that slippery, glossy finish while you rinse, but once it’s dry the shine looks more like healthy hair rather than coated hair. The lengths look a bit clearer and more reflective, almost as if the surface has been polished. It doesn’t weigh the hair down, which surprised me because anything “gloss” usually flattens fine hair. Instead, it leaves everything soft, light, and with this slightly reflective sheen that makes even tired ends look fresher.
