This product devastated us. I’d give it less than 1 star if I could. We purchased this set of tests after suffering a devastating miscarriage earlier in the year. We had wanted to start trying for a baby again and so, with hope in our hearts, ordered these pregnancy tests. This was our very first cycle since starting to try for a baby again, and we were so hopeful for our rainbow baby. Cut to testing. Any person trying for a baby knows how nerve wracking it is trying for a baby and then doing the test after. We took a test and…a positive result! We were excited. The line was faint but it was there. We had some hope that we’d have our rainbow baby. Like any normal person, we decided to absolutely confirm the result. The first test was positive so surely the second should be even more clear, right? It came back as negative. Confused and hurt, we were so worried. Were we experiencing a chemical pregnancy? Was the first result correct? We simply didn’t know. So we took two more tests concurrently, both of which came back as faintly positive. We decided to buy another pack of tests from the local supermarket, and this came back as negative too. At this stage, with no idea what was going on and with a million thoughts running through our heads we urgently contacted the doctor and had a blood test. We were so worried that the back and forth of positive to negative could mean a chemical pregnancy, and therefore yet another miscarriage. Losing one baby was hard enough, two in a row would be so much harder. The blood test results confirmed we were never pregnant and that this pack of tests gave us 3 false positives. We now have to grieve a baby that never existed, grieve not having our rainbow baby yet and lose all faith in having another baby. The emotional and mental distress this has caused is just completely unforgivable. I had always thought that Clear Blue was a sign of quality, but now I will never trust this brand again.

Clear blue has been reliable. It detects 6 days early IF you’ve implanted and are producing hcg early. People don’t seem to understand the time frame of implantation and thus hcg, and think that because it’s 6 days early - you must get your result then. As a late implanter, the fact it can detect early is of no use to me. But the results have always been accurate for me when using these, for all five pregnancies. Also, it’s key for them to be read during the window. As after there can be evaporation lines, making people think that they are pregnant when they aren’t. You’d think that people should know not to read a test hours later when it says a specific time frame, but having seen Flo - this is so common.

These are super sensitive and accurate. Very easy to use and read and really do detect early pregnancy. Other brands especially the cheap ones here on Amazon are an absolute waste of money and do not give correct results. I would say this is def a brand you can trust.

Good quality product if you read within the timeframe. If you read results a couple Of hours later you can get an evaporation line which looks like a positive. I’ve used these during IVF treatment but tend to lean towards the red die tests such as first response which are more accurate and very difficult to get a false positive on

Love love love cleablue. Always a trusted brand with me. Would not buy anything else as I have in the past and never been as accurate as clear blue. It is definitely on the pricey side. I do look out for when they are on offers but I would buy anyway when needed. Easy to use, very accurate. Trusted brand, why wouldn't you buy. Peace of mind when you are trying which is most important and what you need at your special time on trying for a baby.
