I'm normally quite sceptical about vitamin supplements promising health benefits. As I've been on furlough for three months, I've definitely noticed my brain getting a bit sluggish, so as I was getting this as a freebie I thought I'd give it a go and see if it works. My first reaction was that the bottle they come in is a brilliant bit of design! It's tall and slender, rather than a fat, round bottle that pills normally come in, and it makes me wonder why this design isn't used more. Then I noticed on the bottle that you take two tablets every day, so the 90 tablets would be a six-and-a-bit weeks supply, rather than the three months I had originally assumed. This, I feel, is the issue with having a tablet count on supplement bottles, as it can be misleading as to how many days you're getting. The tablets themselves are huge and not especially easy to swallow (but I find tablets difficult at the best of times, to be fair). They are taken with food and water, so I have them at breakfast time in order to make the best out of them. But do they work? Well, it seems like they do. After a few days of taking them, it seemed to me like the old grey matter was a bit sharper than normal. I forgot to take them for a couple of days and it felt like I was sliding back into a mental fog. Now, it could be that they do work, but it's just as possible it's some sort of psychological reaction, like a placebo effect. Maybe that's enough, though, and if it feels like it works then maybe that's not a bad thing. Overall, I'm reasonably happy with these. I'm not sure I'd buy more, but I'd definitely consider it.

Nice composition of good stuff has all need to prevent any loss of memory but not sure if it’s working but taking it for already half an year as i couldn’t find better composition hopefully working and would great to see any others view on the effect !

I bought this supplement as I was looking for a product which combined Co enzyme q10 but also contained ALA and L-carnitine after hearing about the potential benefits of these for fatigue and fibromyalgia. I didn't want to be taking separate capsules for each of these and so this supplement ticked all the boxes and was reasonably priced as well. I've only been taking it a couple of weeks and I know that it can be up to 3 months to feel the benefits so it is far too early to tell if it will help as yet. The capsules are easy to swallow and product is well packaged in a sturdy, slimline plastic container.

This product is very good and worth the buy, after using this product for a few months. I have noticed the difference in concentration levels which have improved along with overall mental performance. I would definitely recommend these and if you have a really busy schedule they stop fatigue and improve your alternativeness. Awesome supplement in general. Thank you.

The ingredients of this are like having a multi vitamin mixed with a new modern age energy drink but without all the sugar. the vitamin C and E are great antioxidants and what this product is doing more so, is clearing the way for you to be able to think better by having less and less problematic compounds in the body. I always promote that to maintain, take suggested doses. To have better effects, take a little more. As long as it is not toxic at higher doses e.g. Iron, then it is fine. I think this presents average value for money and not something i would buy again due to having Vitamin C by itself as a main staple thing in my diet and supplementation which is the most important ingredient in the product Troo Neuromatter

It's hard to tell which of my supplements is working for me, but I am taking these along with krill oil omega 3 to improve cognitive function die to menopause, aging and poor sleep.
