Great Device for slightly Deviated Septum!
Wow who would of ever known such a simple device can help regulate not only breathing but also blood sugar and blood pressure. Both have been in the normal range since I began using this device. It has been amazing and I am also sleeping better. I am a woman in my 50's with average nose. I order the trial size package and I am glas I did! The XS was too small. The small irriated my turbinates a little and the Medium was just right! I have an average size nose and I found the medium really opened up my airway without irritating my nose. I will wear these until I have my in-office procedure (balloon surgery) in December. This is a temporary solution until then. But so far very happy!

Kind of uncomfortable, and not useful for upper nasal flow restriction
First of all, it's some hard plastic rings that wedge into your nostrils. They range from kind of uncomfortable to hilariously large and impossible to wedge in, but you get to pick the size that fits you. But they're still just hard plastic rings in your nostrils, so they will never be pleasant. I'm giving them 3 stars on this basis alone. They also only do anything for the rim of the nostril, and that just seems very unlikely to be the source of a breathing problem. Constricted airflow is almost always going to be from higher up in the nose along the bony turbinates, which these rings can't do anything for.

I can breathe in HD!
This item was recommended to me by a dentist that deals with oral appliances for sleep apnea and I ordered it not knowing what to expect. I received it very quickly and used it last night. Usually I have dry mouth because I snore and sleep with my mouth open most nights. I noticed today I woke up with ease, no dry mouth, and no congestion. I feel way more rested and my partner didn't complain about my snoring. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is because it could be a little uncomfortable and the cleaning was a little hard for me (not much to clean but because of its size it was a little challenging). Other than that, I fully recommend it.

Frustrating jump between S & M
These are SO CLOSE to being helpful. The XS is just a bit smaller than the S and the L is just a bit bigger than the M but the jump between the S and M is just too much. The S is just too small and just wants to flip sideways in my nose and the M is just too big. The worst part is I could probably tolerate the M but the plastic is thicker and harder and it HURTS. If it was softer and more flexible even with the size it'd probably be okay but as is it just scratched the hell out of my nose. The M should be L, the L should be XL, and you need a M between S and L! I really think these could be a big help for me if it wasn't for that drastic difference in size and the stiffness of the plastic. Ultimately I wasted my money. (IMPORTANT EDIT) After my review the company kindly reached out to me and offered me a free trial of the more recent version of their product and I promised them a thoughtful and unbiased review and I will do so as honestly and kindly as I can. I will say the newer version is in some ways an improvement on the old one and in others a step back. My biggest complaint with the old version was that for the M and L the plastic is much harder, making them far less comfortable. The manufacturer said that the newer version was made with a softer plastic and I was very hopeful but, unfortunately I found that not only was the M and L still made out of the harder plastic but the S and XS were now ALSO made out of the harder plastic rather than the nicer soft plastic! However, I will say that the plastic itself is far better molded and the edges are not scratchy anymore so it no longer scratched up my nose and the harder plastic does give the (reshaped and improved) connector bar better stability. It doesn't quite fix the S's tendancy to turn sideways in my nose but I think it could for some people. And second of all is the issue of size. The size difference, unfortunately persists. The gap between S and M is still drastic to the point of unusability. The S is too small to do me any good and I can barely stuff the M in my nose and it is painful to do so. I tried, I truly truly tried, to go a full night with the M but it wasn't possible because of the size and, again, the hard plastic. When I realized I couldn't, I tried to go the night with the S instead but due to the small size and now the fact that it's the hard and ridged plastic, no longer the soft and flexible plastic, it just felt like an aggravating piece of plastic in my nose and I ultimately had to give up on it too. Whereas with the old version it was still too small to help and fit properly but it was still absolutely comfortable to sleep with, which I did easily. I think there are improvements in the new version. The molding is better and less scratchy. The connector bar is better, more stable, and I think less likely to break. If you are someone with a particularly small nose or particularly big nose and the area of difficulty is towards the very opening of the nostrils, I think these as is could be very helpful. But for someone with a pretty average nose, whose issues are set further back (where the product is more designed and shown to rest), I cannot recommend it the way it is now. But I DO highly recommend keeping an eye on it. The design is incredibly sound and much better than the other tube vents. If they can get a softer, more flexible, and gentle plastic like they had on the small version of the old version, and if they can introduce a size between S and M, they will really have something genuinely fantastic here.

Love 'em! But fell apart after a month's use
Love these things! I ordered the intro pack and used the medium. They really open up the nasal area, breathing great, and one nostril was irritated inside from rubbing. BUT, after a month the little device fell apart - basically shredded - on both sides - similar to pics of what others had posted. I was using the SleepRight Breathe Aide's, but tried these for a change. The Breathe Aide's are still in good shape after a year's use. I'll go back to those.

My Best Investment in Years
I've been getting up to pee three or four times a night and thought the whole problem was an enlarged prostate. I was wrong. Breathing through my nose has changed my life, and WoodyKnows is vital to my better future. Here's what I've learned. + Breathing through the nose during sleep is generally healthier than mouth breathing, as it filters, warms, and humidifies air before it reaches the lungs. + Mouth breathing during sleep can lead to various issues, including dry mouth, snoring, sleep apnea, and increased nighttime urination (nocturia). I'm no longer drinking and peeing every time I wake up at night... and I'm not waking up until morning. + Nasal breathing promotes better sleep quality, improved oxygen uptake, and helps regulate hormones that control fluid balance and urine production. + Common causes of nighttime mouth breathing include nasal congestion, enlarged tonsils or adenoids, deviated septum, and habitual mouth breathing. I use a Netti pot before going to bed with my dilator installed. + I also started out taking my mouth shut at night but that is no longer needed because I broke the habit. + Not only better sleep but better exercising too. I can actually get more oxygen in my system, so don't feel as faint after a sprint.

La differenza nel respiro è immediata, ma potrebbe solleticare un pochino le narici e rendere difficile l’addormentamento. Talvolta lo uso da sveglio quando mi sento un pochino assonnato. Respirando meglio riesco a reggere la giornata.
