My functional doctor recommended this for high cholesterol and high blood glucose. It seems to have helped a great deal for the blood glucose but did not help with the high cholesterol. I will keep taking it for the glucose benefit.

Always a good buy

I use this for its high vitamin C content, it’s better than anything else you can buy as this is a real food supplement. I’ve been taking it now for years and this is my favorite brand, they’ve been out of stock more often than not during the Covid-19 pandemic, but I still buy it whenever I can and I highly recommend AMLA in any capacity for its vitamin C. It also does seem to help my hair and my nails grow faster and have more sheen to it (my hair) so it seems to be good for that too. AMLA is an amazing super food that has many more benefits than it does side effects, honestly I’ve never noticed any side effects at all. 10/10

Almost done with the bottle, been taking 2-3 pills a day. Haven’t seen any improvement on blood sugar. The pill not big at all but is very hard to swallow for some reason. Even break a pill in half doesn’t help and uduslky takes a few attempts to be able to swallow. Took it with several other supplement pills together but only this one stays in my tongue. For that reason, I’m switching to a different brand.
