Should've put a soft outer layering.
Ok for the price. Size and fit is excellent. Should've put a soft outer layering because the current one is not very comfortable. But it does the job perfectly keeping my neck aligned and restricting unnecessary movements. I'm using this for my disc issue in my cervical spine.

Highly disappointed
There is a technical flaw in the design. The binding strap has been stitched wrongly. From the attached pic you will notice the FOVERA one I punched here and the Agaro one which shows how the Agaro one overlaps the cushion and hence the strap doesn’t support the neck fully. Furthermore, after using it sparingly for over a couple of months notice how the stitches are coming out. Now I can't return or get it replaced. I wouldn’t buy this instead I prefer the FOVERA one.
