MNS - Lucca sofa bed/bed/sofa/storage

Review after a month. Good comfortable sofa and looks good. The movable headrest is useful. My only constructive feedback to the seller would be to add pilot holes on the sofa so it is easier to assemble.

Came within 3 days of ordering and took about 1hr to assemble. Happy with the sofa. Not the softest seat but its a sofa bed and a well sized one at that.

Sofa bed worth the money comfortable looks good and it's perfect Pitch Perfect in the room you can have it left or right depends how you built it it's universal you can have it left or right the long bit And there are plenty storage space as you can see in the pictures

I wish I could give more starts but the delivery was such a nightmare I couldn't. The Sofa is also very firm and not very comfortable but for the price it does look good and can use some cushions to introduce a bit of softness. In terms of delivery, they were very unprofessional and stated they would deliver at 11pm at night. I explained that I was not living at the address and this would not suit but they insisted they had to deliver then. I waited up and around half eleven I got a missed called- I rang back 4 minutes later and he said he was at the address but had to leave and was already on the motorway. This was incorrect as I was siting out on the balcony and would have seen if he came. I had no contact from them and had to ring the next day- they did apologise and said they would reduce the delivery charge from £80 to £40 for the inconvenience caused. When the sofa finally arrived the men gave me an invoice for £80! I would not recommend using this company soley on the delivery (I could get past the sofa being hard).

So firstly the sofa is lovely, it’s big without being huge and imposing, the sleep area when pulled out makes a very decent double sized bed , the storage holds pillows, a double mattress topper and a big thick blanket easily However …. The delivery was horrendous, please be aware that this company is based in Lancashire (or Manchester depends who you ask ) and if you live in the south ( Sussex) they will likely get to you around 10-11pm at night and use power tools to assemble , this is also at extra cost in cash and extra if you don’t live on the ground floor 3 months after buying this, the arm fell off the sofa! Upon inspection seemed like it was held together by a staple , they did come back ( they tried to charge me again however ) where they informed me that the previous fitters missed 3 screws, again this was very late at night ( 9.15pm) Not good if you live in a block of flats where young children also live I recommend the sofa but not this delivery company unless you live in the middle of England or can accommodate a late night delivery

Delivery was fast and I ended up getting a call to say that theyde be in my area the next day so I got next day delivery. My sofa was damaged upon opening it . The seller responded quickly and offered a refund for the part , I wanted the part replaced , waited a month and no luck so just asked for a refund . The assembly was easy step wise but a little bit faffy and slotting the two parts of the sofa together requires 2 people for sure. The colour and feel of the sofa is lovely . The head rests are robust and the section that pulls out is robust too although its alot harder of a material than the rest of the sofa.
