This is a nice well-designed blouse for casual or business casual settings. It's very soft and comfortable with a little bit of stretch to the fabric. The elastic on the arm bands is sufficient to stay in place but not so tight as to even be noticeable. Likewise, the arms are sufficiently roomy so they aren't binding at all, but still allow you to wear a jacket over them. I opted for a green jacket in my photo, but there are a lot of colors in this blouse that you could use for matching a jacket or pants in various combinations to change up the look. It's practically wrinkle-free, easy wash-and-wear care. The length is also perfect. This will definitely be one of those go-to closet staples.
