Love love it!!!
I purchased this for a Christmas gift for my Mother. She absolutely loved it!! It is so beautiful in person. It is very well made and definitely a must have collector piece for all the Alice in Wonderland fans. I addition, It came with a certificate of authenticity. I am completely satisfied with the purchase and well worth the additional shipping cost.

Need to replace
I received this and cannot locate a replace option. Alice was broken off and cannot be simply glued back. How can I return and replace this item instead of just returning?
