First of all, it’s super comfortable. It supports my back in all the right places, and you can flip it as need be to support your upper or lower back. The color and the fabric are very nice and high quality. Cleans easily and hasn’t ripped or torn at all It’s got nice straps so that if you’re using it with a computer chair, it stays in place. It fits any chair; I even use it while I drive. It’s firm enough to support your upper or lower back, but still squishy enough to be quite comfortable. Setup was real tough - I took it out of the box and out of the plastic. That’s it. Super easy. It also transports easily. I take it from work to my truck to my house. It’s not big or heavy. It’s helped my back a lot. I have bad posture and not only does it support my back in all the right places, but you can adjust it to where it helps you consciously remember to sit up straight and not “shrimp.” Great lumbar support. I’ve used others that aren’t nearly as good as this one.

If you, like me, find the modern headrests in cars that are permanently tilted to force your head and neck (and consequently spine) into contorted, unnatural positions that give you horrible back, shoulder, and neck pain after a few hours of driving, to the point where you are scouring Amazon for pillows that may help with your predicament, then you like this pillow. For my body, it keeps my back forward enough so that my spine and head are mostly aligned. Does it sometimes mean my head is not touching the headrest if my posture slips and I hunch forward? Yes. Is that what car safety designers were trying to prevent with this absurd headrest design "feature"? Probably. Would I rather have permanent back pain? No. But be advised I am not giving safety advice so use at your own risk! 😂 Now on to the actual pillow. It is very, very firm. Personally I like that, I don't have to worry about it collapsing on me. It has straps to keep it in place, I think I use only the top one so it's easier to adjust on the fly. I have it sort of half way up my back, mostly supporting my lower back. I don't find it comfortable placed at the bottom of the seat, the cushioning hits in the wrong spot. On me, my tush and neck and shoulders don't actually touch the back of the seat or the cushion (my neck not touching the back of the seat is more the fault of the headrest's perma-tilt than the pillow). Personally I don't mind the feeling, since it gives me the option to arch and stretch my spine, which I found nigh impossible before getting the cushion. But it does feel a little odd at first (but to me feeling odd is better than feeling pain). I also had to adjust the seat back slightly so I wasn't too close to the steering wheel or pedals. But overall it's helped with my driving posture and I usually don't have any back pain (other than some usual stiffness from driving a long time). Before the pillow I felt like I was being forced into driving with horrible posture and the pain could be so bad I'd have trouble sleeping after a longer drive. So for me, well worth it!

Used this in the hospital for my dad after he had a stroke and needed help staying upright and not sliding down the chair. It worked perfectly. It came in handy when I spent hours in hospital chairs too; we shared it lol. But yes, great comfort and shape for the spine. Easy to carry around and feels like it will last a long time. Great product.

I would say this is a good product overall. I wasn’t expecting anything too high-quality because of the price. I can say that it does support my mid to lower back when driving. Those were my pain areas. It has been comfortable and I use it in different vehicles I drive in. I would recommend getting a headrest pillow too because there is a gap between your back and the car seat when this is put on. Also, it has sat in my car during this winter and the pillow got firm from the cold temperatures. I actually kind of liked the feeling.
