I've read that vitamins and supplements are usually better absorbed in liquid rather than pill form. I was excited to not only try a liquid multivitamin, but have one the whole family could use. I like that these are vegan since I have a dairy sensitivity. I did take a gamble when I ordered these because I couldn't locate the list of ingredients or daily value percentages anywhere on the site. The serving size for adults 18+ is 2 mL, but this can apparently be given to toddlers as young as a year old, or increased to meet the needs of pregnant mothers. Based on the adult serving size, there are 60 servings per bottle. The liquid is a very dark orange color, which makes it a little difficult to see the measurement lines on the dropper. The instructions state this can be added to a drink or juice, or taken directly under the tongue (holding for 15 seconds before swallowing). I tried it under my tongue so I could get a better idea of the taste and texture. It's smooth and not as thick as I expected. There was a lot going on as far as taste - a little bitter and sour, and slightly sweet with a subtle fruity note. It wasn't awful, but not great. It's much better added to orange juice. I compared the ingredients and quantities to a couple multivitamins we've used in the past. While this contains a much higher dose of Vitamin B-12, it lacks in other areas. I would encourage others to do their own research and see if this meets their needs. I think it's hard to find the right balance of ingredients when you're offering it to such a wide range of ages and needs. Unfortunately, I'd need to add additional supplements to make this a complete multivitamin for myself. I personally think the price is quite high, especially if you're not getting everything out of it that you need/want. I'll continue to take this, but I don't think I'll reorder.

I ordered this EXPENSIVE liquid vitamin because it says it’s pretty tasteless. I have an autistic son who can’t stand the taste of vitamins and doesn’t chew gummies or tablets. I got this today And tasted it. It’s a thick orange substance and it has to be the most disgusting thing i have ever tasted. It has an awful taste and an even worse after taste. The advertising is a lie

Liquid Daily is a game changer in the vitamin space. My kids can't wait to take their vitamins which is unheard of in our family. Best supplement I have bought by far!

I was eager to try this liquid vitamin. Likes that it was readily absorbed nder the tongue and not a pill.However, upon finding out i have a magnesium deficiency, I checked the label….it contains none.The company could add that nessecary nutriuent and make it a more complete supplement.250-400 mg are required per day in adults and it is very hard to get that much from diet alone.Since magnesium helps with a lot of functions of the body, it would be wise to include it.
