What can I say - another great Amazon find! I suffer from endometriosis, and this portable heater has been an absolute game changer, especially while at work. I'm a nurse in a hospital, constantly on my feet, and this device truly got me through the day. The heat gets wonderfully warm (huge plus) and the battery life lasts much longer than I expected. It auto shuts off and has multiple heat and massage settings - through I personally didn't use the massage function (feels more like a vibration). The adjustable straps keep it securely in place, whether I'm using it on my lower abdomen or my lower back. It worked great for both areas! Bonus: it's compact enough to fit easily in a standard size bag, so it's perfect for travel too. High recommend for anyone dealing with chronic pain, cramps or needing discreet heat relief on the go!!

Comfortable, long-lasting, great heat output. Not the most flattering design, as it does stick out a bit. However, the relief that is provided, makes the appearance not that big of an issue. With the trends of larger shirts being worn, it is really not that noticeable, underneath. If the maker of this product could compact the design, without compromising the heating and vibration settings, it would be all-around perfect.

Purchased 2 of these in 2023 and am pretty pleased with them. They charge on a regular c charger, easy. Buckle into place and don't need to be messed with if you move like a regular pad, though adjustable for anyone that needs it. 3 modes of heat and the 3rd gets HOT Easy to read digital screen and buttons are straightforward. There's 3 mode of vibration as well that do work but that's not the feature used. They hold charge pretty good but can't be used during charging so I would recommend having 2 😉 Unfortunately the downside is cleaning them if needed but I do think for someone with bad cramps these are worth it!

It works so well and I can take it anywhere! I really recommend this product if you have endo.

I was afraid of a couple of things, one that I asked, I think "Rufus" that Amazon AI robot or whatever a question. I wasn't sure if I would be able to feel the vibration across the entire area or just on the sides as one of the review videos showed the 3 prongs vibrating. Well I took a chance and I'm here to say, they all vibrate. The prongs and the plate making it vibrate/massage across the entire area instead of the small area. There's only two heat settings which I was also iffy about (not my other concern) but the 2nd setting does get hot. I absolutely wouldn't wear it without clothing or some type of protection in between you and your skin. I don't know why people felt the massage was more of a "roll" like massage, similar to a massage chair. If you want that kind of massage, you're probably gonna have to pay WAY more than $40. It comes with instructions. Didn't need instructions to know how to operate it. It took me 3 seconds to catch on and probably an additional 5 seconds of putzing around with it to fully grasp it. It's probably in the instructions but I'll say it now since I didn't read it. You absolutely NEED to rotate it. It should not sit in one place for a long period of time. I could tell that after 5mins or less. It gets hot for 2 settings especially on the 2nd one. The vibration isn't loud but it's not super strong. I think it's just the right amount intensity for a small portable gadget. I do like the vibration and heat combo. The other thing I was really worried about was the length of the strap. I'm a bigger girl, I don't have a measuring tape so I just hoped it'll fit. I wear a size 18/20 in pants if that gives you somewhat of an idea. I have a belly but my waist is somewhat "small-ish", I don't wanna say like an hour glass but that's how I'm gonna describe it. I'm not totally round all the way around. Had I been, I don't think it would've fit, even at its longest, being stretchy and all. It does help that the band is also stretchy. It fit perfectly snug under my jellyroll, ha. (In picture) I didn't have any high expectation other than I wanted a portable heating pad/massager for mild-moderate back pain and cramps. Mission accomplished. Now let's see how long it lasts. It came charged, I wouldn't say 100% but I'm gonna use whatever juice it has, charge it completely and then see how long the battery lasts. Cons, being a bigger person the strap does start to dig into the skin so that requires adjustments otherwise it's not a big enough deal to knock off a star. So far so good! I am pleased.

It heats up nicely but does not hold its charge well. And unfortunately it does not work while it being charged.
