Was perfect for my trip

Artículo de pésima calidad, en el primer viaje que la use, se le daño una rueda, con uso normal, lo cual me trajo muchos inconvenientes, no lo había reportado antes porque no la había usado, muy arrepentído de haberla comprado. Dinero perdido!!

The overall product is good but the one which arrived for me has scratches. Packages were not damaged so I assume that the product is either not inspected or used one. Overall, I do not have time to exchange before my international travel. So, it was not a satisfying experience.

It is the right size, gloves well to, from, and through the airport and is reasonably sturdy. My only complaint is that the case could be a bit stronger and more rigid

Update: Somehow despite all that, I did get a new suitcase replacement in the mail. Not sure how their email works or why the runaround is so exhausting, but I did get the warranty replacement. Upgrading it to 4 stars from 1 star. Original: Don't buy it. It cracked open on the very first trip. I didn't even drop it. Shortly thereafter, half of the wheel fell off. Do not buy into the fact that there is a 10 year warranty. There is no warranty. The seller just told me the warranty not through them and gave me another email to contact. That email gives automated responses of same thing: please provide us details, pcitures, etc. Once you provide that, the email gets back with "please provide us details, pictures, etc."
