Woodward's Gripe Water 130ml (Pack of 4)

I was a little leary of purchasing this item, given the list of ingredients & the fact that it is made in India. I checked with my pediatrician & it comes down to what you feel comfortable with as a parent. Some parents feel that only all natural ingredients are the only way to go, but just because something is all natural doesn't mean it's good for you. I have tried Mommy's Bliss, as well as other common brands you can find in store at the local supermarkets. This product seems to work the best with my son, who has a ton of issues with gas, colic, & issues with acid reflux. Although my son is on medication (antacid) he still has issues with upset stomach. This item works well, but is a bit sticky & it's effects last a short amount of time in my experience (30 minutes up to 2 hours). However, sometimes all my son needs is something to help settle him down & he is able to fall asleep or at least a momentary reprieve. This is my second time ordering this product & feel that the price to value ratio suits my son's needs very well. Lastly, I wanted to add that I believe each formula is very similar, but they are different, & each child will respond differently to gripe water. I highly encourage trying different products that you are comfortable with & if one works, stick with it. I have tried at least 4 different brands, & this one I have had the most success with. Very pleased that I don't have to pay an arm & a leg for this product, & my son has yet to experience any "ill effects" that some parents are concerned about. Please use common sense, as Amazon does a wonderful job of ensuring many quality products, but it is the parent's job to determine what is appropriate for their baby/child's health needs. If this product was overly dangerous, it wouldn't be available to the open market, (Just look at the Samsung Note 7 ;)

It tastes really good. I remember drinking my nephew’s gripe water because I loved the taste, so I decided to buy it for my baby, who is now 6 months old. He likes this one much more compared to Mommy’s Bliss, which I was giving him initially. It’s also very budget-friendly compared to other brands. I give my son 2.5 ml every night before bedtime, and it really helps him sleep better without late-night fussiness or crying. The only downside is the bottle design—it becomes a bit difficult to insert the syringe properly once the bottle is half full or less. Edit: Now I'm giving him 5ml a day as per product guidelines. Also there is one more downside of this product that all four bottles will expire next year in june. I don't if till then these all will be finished or not. They should give products that would expire after one year or two maybe.

I prefer this over the mommy’s bliss and little remedies because I feel those companies add a bunch of other unnecessary chemicals and additives to their products. I’ve read bad reviews about mommy’s bliss in regards to lowering baby’s heart rates which scared the crap out of me. I’ve been using Woodward now for a couple of months since my newborn was about a month old and it is amazing. It is all natural, the taste is sweet and baby loves it. Starts working within minutes and provides much needed comfort. Also can beat the price

It just works! My grandson was / IS having horrible belly aches. Mostly at evening and night time. We finally decided to try a natural remedy, and happened upon gripe water, and of course consulted with his Dr about gripe water. Their response was that there was nothing in it to harm him and they'd experienced that it works for some and not for others, but that it was worth a try if we wanted too! I ordered 2 different kinds. One that was MUCH more expensive than this brand. Of course we tried that one first. Mostly because it had the cute little probably. Truly, I really didn't see much of a difference at all. The next day we tried this brand. I'm telling you..... it's almost like a miracle. It completely changes his demeanor. The crying and agitation stops. He calms. He even goes to sleep way faster. The really strange part to me is just how fast it works most often. I'm totally the person that really doesn't believe in this sort of stuff. But hey.... if it works...IT WORKS! I'm not sure if putting something in front of him is just taking his mind off of things and re orienting him? Honestly.... I just don't even care at this point. BECAUSE IT WORKS! Obviously everything works different on everyone as we're all made up a little differently. But I'd definitely say this is worth a try for anyone out there! We now buy these in the 4 packed times 2! One for their house and one for mine!

I was using Tummy Calm before this, and it worked, but it's really expensive! I ordered this gripe water for my gassy baby and it gets the job done. She loves the taste too (it's very sweet, so I'm guessing it has considerable amount of sugar, could be natural could be artificial). But there's a good amount of gasses escaping after this, so I'm happy.

I’ve been using this product for over 7 years now—hands down, it’s a keeper! It always helps my kids when they’re gassy. I even give it to them when they don’t feel gassy because I believe it aids digestion too. Highly recommend!

My poor baby was just a mess. Her tummy was bothering her all the time and we needed something to help give her relief while we tried to find the root cause. This worked so well! Plus she loved the taste! We tried Mothers Bliss, but it made her choke and give us a few scares. This one went down smooth and helped ease her acid reflux quickly. I’m going to a baby shower later this month and it’s one of the gifts I’m giving the soon to be mom! Love it!
