Are the bags filled with ground coffee or instant?

Ground coffee...that’s why it comes in bags bc instant coffee dissolves (so wouldn’t need to be in a bag). These singles make pretty good coffee tbh.

What material are the tea bags from? Paper? Plastic? what's used as the adhesive? I don't want microplastics in my drink

The bags are paper and I know string us involved I usually brew my coffee but at night if I want a quick cup I use the singles. It just tastes like coffee.
