First off, why Amazon doesn't allow half-star reviews, still, is beyond me, because some products aren't all one type of star-rating or the other. Some, like these ankle resistance bands, come pretty darn close to the next level. With that said, I'd give this product 4.5 stars if I could. These bands are still worth it given my mild criticisms. They do what you want them to do with multiple resistance options. With that said, here are my mild criticisms: I wish the velcro straps were setup with a metal hoop to wrap them around, or some other means of securing the bands better; because, as you begin to use them, the velcro will begin to loosen up some. Not a lot, but enough to make you lose some resistance during your workout. My other criticism is a bit of a bigger one, because I find it to be the most important piece to this set: The bands need to be labeled what kind of resistance they provide. I had to come back to the product page to figure that out. The resistance is not printed on the bands nor is there a piece of paper that comes with the set to help you figure out which band is what reistance. All-in-all, it's still worth your money to buy this. It's affordable and will still get the job done.

Excellent quality- pleasantly surprised! Great leg resistance exercise set for TKE. Needed a second set for a different house, and this new one equals the quality of the one purchased from my professional trainer at a much more reasonable price. Looking forward to many years of use!

I received my first set as a gift and have been happy for years with the performance and quality of the product. Now I'm gifting it to a family member!

Picture is misleading. The 11-piece set does not include the ankle/wrist straps. The 11 pieces are the 8 resistance bands, the 2 leg straps, and the 1 carrying bag. Also, there is no instructional booklet on using the bands. You have to already be familiar with using these bands or do a YouTube research for using them. Additionally, there was no information on the resistance for each color bands. I had to research the internet to find out the resistance for each color. To save you the time, Yellow (xLight) 5-15 lbs, Red (Light) 15-20 lbs, Green (Medium) 20-30 lbs, Blue (Heavy) 20-40 lbs. Finally, if you compare them to Kbands, the color bands are the same length, as opposed to Kbands where one is short and the other is long.

I run and hurdle for track program. I wanted bands help increase lower body strength for sprinting and jumping. My local sporting goods store had sold out of their leg bands so I decided to try to find an alternative on amazon. When I saw these I had to get them. Elite supplies offers more levels of resistance bands than the brand my local store had for a cheaper price! One thing I noticed is the band hooks are metal compared to the tradional plastic sold at our local store. It looks and feels higher quality and more modern. The leg straps fit me secure and well. I’m 5’10 165 lbs. I ‘ve used them while sprinting and doing dynamic mobility drills. Everything stays in place without sliding around or loosening up. I couldn’t be more satisfied. I haven’t owned this long enough to comment on durability. However, I’d highly recommend these for track and field training
