Works Perfectly
I received the item promptly, read the straightforward directions and installed it.I tested it by shaking my gas meter, the earthquake valve promptly shut off the gas. Reset is easy, with a coin.The directions mentioned bracing the valve to the building, but I have not needed to do this, there have been no issues with false activation.Highly recommended.
