My 95 year old mother has used this supplement for about 6 years. And her memory problems have gotten better. So much better that she really doesn't appear to have any memory issues to most people. The only thing we can contribute her good health (and really her reversed dementia) is that she walks before or after every meal every day.

Raised my blood Pressure above the norm.

I have been taking Pure Nature Cognifen for about two years and I could tell a difference in my memory recall ability after about three months after I began taking it. It has since maintained my ability to recall where I placed things within minutes or weeks after a placed things such as a tape measure, my keys, or a pair of glasses. I am convinced that Cognifen has helped my memory and recall of simple tasks I performed.

I do really like this product. I think it helps me to stay focused, however, the next to last bottle I ordered was defective. The capsules were discolored like they had gotten wet. I did not take them and I reordered and that bottle was good.
