I swear by this stuff! I was regularly getting clogged ducts and even ended up with horrible mastitis. I’ve been taking 2x/day for about two weeks now and haven’t had a single clogged duct since! And it’s not for a lack of supply, as my supply has remained good. If anything, it might’ve improved because it’s not constantly getting clogged. It says take 1-2 daily for maintenance and 3-4 for help during a clog, but I started taking when I actively had a clog, and the 2 a day helped tremendously. No issues at all with digestion or stomach problems for me or my baby. I will absolutely be keeping this in my vitamin rotation and will be ordering more when I eventually run out!

these work wonders. i had a clogged duct took th recommend amount of supplements and my duct was unclogged within hours. i definitely recommend. the taste is a little strong so i take them with juice instead of water.

This stuff is amazing and is an absolute must when breastfeeding. I can tell when I forget to take a morning or evening dose, my boobs will begin to feel slightly engorged. I’ve been taking this since my baby girl was 2 weeks old (she is now almost 5 months old) and I exclusively breastfeed now - although I was exclusively pumping for the first month or two. I take one pill in the morning and one at night - in the beginning I would sometimes take an additional one or two in the afternoon to help with clogged milk ducks. But that was before my supply regulated and have only needed to take the morning and evening dose since. I highly, highly recommend - well worth the cost! It lasts forever as well, I just reordered my second bottle so far. Pills don’t smell, no additional side effects like most (doesn’t effect sleep quality) and the ingredients are safe and okay to take with most allergies (at least CMPA and soy allergy).

Seemed to work well! I still got some clogged ducts but that was likely as an overproducer. Didn't have a bad taste, weren't too big to swallow, and it was easy to take them when needed. They also worked pretty quickly.

Let me just depict for you: A mama that pumped every 3-4 hours, that got sick with a stomach bug! The gut wrenching feeling of strep, with not being able to hold your baby, feeling like you could vomit at any point in time , fever of 101.9, and sleeping like you've NEVER slept before (6 - 9 hours at a time). Then on top of that waking up with engorged breasts, and one of the BIGGEST, most unimaginable PAINFUL mastitis masses imaginable! That was this Mama, my mass was the size of an egg and a half, stretching from one end of my breast to the other end and at the simplest touch hurt like a MF'er. I was only able to pump out 2oz at a time, whike massaging it. I was desperate, and in pain. I had this in my medicine cabinet, but thought that this simply helped with clogged ducts barley starting to form, not stubborn ones already there. I thought I'd eventually need antibiotics, as I freaked out I started googling things to reduce mass size, and this continued to pop up. I went straight into my medicine cabinet and popped one. Well, as I read the instructions, it said for FAST ACTING RELIEF to take up to 4 in a day, total. So, thats exactly what I did.... after the 4th pill and 24 hrs later, my mass was entirely GONE, POOF VANISHED!!! I've never been so desperate but thankful in my life. Swear by this product! Used it for my first baby and using it now to breastfeed my second. I’m convinced it helped me to avoid clogged ducts, I experienced a few prior to using this and have not had any since. Will continue to purchase for my breastfeeding journey.

Ojo, leí una opinión que no ayudó a incrementar la producción. Este producto no es para eso, sino para ayudar a que la leche fluya mejor y descongestionar los ductos tapados. La marca tiene varios suplementos distintos para distintos propósitos, es importante leer bien 😊. Ahora para que la leche fluya mejor sí funciona perfecto, me siento menos congestionada y la leche fluye mejor cuando la extraigo. La super recomiendo! A diferencia de otros productos de la marca este es un super value pack! Es grande y va a durar un buen tiempo. Sin duda lo volvería a pedir si lo llegara a necesitar.
