Seem to be good quality. I never notice any difference when taking Omega so can’t comment on how effective they are. I just trust this brand

First time trying these particular fish oils. Dont overly smell or taste of fish that some oils have. Would purchase again, bit more expensive than some of the other brands but worth that little bit extra for the ratios.
