What are the measurements of this set of lights and are they dlrs on the bumpber or the headlights above the dlr.

These are the main headlights for a Hummer H2. I don't know the exact dimensions, but your will need to cut out some of the headlight holder. Not a big deal if you have the tools. Fairly straight forward easy installation.

Do you need to splice into the turn signals when Installing on an 2006 H2?

Hi, These is direct plug and play. You don't need to splice the wires. But please choose the correct headlight transfer connector.

Hi, These are direct plug and play. Please remove the factory headlights assembly(remove the headlight lamps housing and take out the bulbs), Tehn use the transfer connector to connect the lamps and plug the connectotor to the vheicle OEM headlights socket where you take out the oem bulbs.

don't the headlight LEDs need a resistor?

No! I took mine out the box and bolted right on. Had to get some slightly bigger screws for the bottom. Super easy install
